Job Description

  • Team Oversight & Development
  • Supervise and coach team members in the designated functions.
  • Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of team capabilities.
  • Compliance & Process Governance
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance metrics for CSV databases.
  • Monitor database health and assist in initiatives
  • Operational Excellence
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and minimize manual errors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager and support resolution efforts.

Role Requirements

  • Strong people management skills to lead and coordinate effectively across teams.
  • Sound knowledge of CI process activities (with e-to-e process knowledge) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Effective communication skills are mandatory; the candidate must be able to convey ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate professional behavior in all interactions.
  • Strong behavioral competencies such as accountability, collaboration, and adaptability are essential to succeed in this role.
  • Added advantage: Knowledge of Panel (CPS/OMNI) processes, which would be highly valuable.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience with 3-4 years of supervisory or team lead role within operations, data management, or compliance-driven environments.
  • Stakeholder management expertise, including experience collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Tech, Data Ops, Client Ops) and external partners.
  • Process-oriented thinking with a focus on continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and growth within the team.
