
Work Flexibility: Field-based
This position is responsible for providing clinical product support to all end users of our pioneering Mako SmartRobotics system, including on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. The role also involves delivering training, ongoing in-service sessions, and customer education for assigned accounts. The Mako Product Specialist (MPS) drives continuous account growth by collaborating with key hospital staff, thought leaders, and referring physicians within the territory to develop referral networks and increase procedural and implant volumes. The MPS also supports case volume and site expansion by effectively translating the clinical benefits of MAKO into economic value for customers. In addition, the MPS gathers and provides feedback on product design and performance to support continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Note: This role is based in Jeolla, Interviews will be conducted at Seoul main office.
