
Work Flexibility: Field-based
This position is responsible for providing clinical product support to all end users of our pioneering Mako SmartRobotics, on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures and for providing training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to the assigned account. MPS drives continuous account growth of the clinical base by working with key hospital staff, thought leaders and referring doctors in territory to develop a referral base and increase procedural/implant volume. MPS drives case volume and site growth by translating clinical benefits of MAKO into the economic benefits. MPS will look to provide feedback on product design to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Note: This role is based in Daegu. Interviews will be conducted at Seoul main office.
