Associate Maintenance Lead

Ukraine / Serbia

We are seeking a skilled Associate Maintenance Lead to oversee the strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation and maintenance activities across global clinical studies. You will play a key role in accelerating study timelines, ensuring compliance, and enabling efficient patient enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Site Activation and Lifecycle Maintenance activities including site identification, regulatory submissions, ethics approvals, and contract negotiations

• Drive strategic planning and execution to achieve efficient study start-up and maintenance timelines

• Manage start-up and lifecycle activities in line with ICH-GCP, protocol, and sponsor requirements

• Oversee regional delivery across multiple countries, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

• Develop and maintain Site Activation Management Plans and resolve project challenges

• Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

• Provide regulatory insights and define submission strategies; identify and mitigate risks

• Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and documentation

• Support bid defense activities and contribute to business development initiatives

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical research or scientific environment

• Experience working in an international clinical research setting

• Strong knowledge of clinical systems, GCP, regulatory requirements, and medical terminology

• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

• High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills
