Associate Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Associate Maintenance Lead to oversee the strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation and maintenance activities across global clinical studies. You will play a key role in accelerating study timelines, ensuring compliance, and enabling efficient patient enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Site Activation and Lifecycle Maintenance activities including site identification, regulatory submissions, ethics approvals, and contract negotiations
Drive strategic planning and execution to achieve efficient study start-up and maintenance timelines
Manage start-up and lifecycle activities in line with ICH-GCP, protocol, and sponsor requirements
Oversee regional delivery across multiple countries, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Develop and maintain Site Activation Management Plans and resolve project challenges
Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Provide regulatory insights and define submission strategies; identify and mitigate risks
Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and documentation
Support bid defense activities and contribute to business development initiatives
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical research or scientific environment
Experience working in an international clinical research setting
Strong knowledge of clinical systems, GCP, regulatory requirements, and medical terminology
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills
