Job Description

Volaris Group is seeking an Associate, M&A to join one of its rapidly growing portfolios. This role carries a global mandate to source high quality acquisition targets within the automotive software sector.
You will begin with a strong focus on deal sourcing and, over time, gain exposure to financial modeling and deal execution as well. The ideal candidate is a motivated self starter who thrives with minimal oversight. You will manage and nurture an existing pipeline of acquisition prospects through consistent outreach, while also expanding the funnel by identifying new opportunities. Salesforce will be used to track, maintain, and report on sourcing activity.

The Associate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and sourcing high‑potential acquisition targets. Success requires developing a deep understanding of the portfolio’s acquisition thesis and applying sound judgment when advancing prospects through the funnel. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with senior‑level executives, internally and externally.

You will receive extensive training in Constellation Software’s investment philosophy and acquisition framework. As you progress, you will also have the opportunity to support M&A execution, including financial modeling and valuation work.
