The Lilly Field Institute (LFI) is Lilly USA's strategic partner for field excellence — the engine that ensures every field-facing employee across Cardiometabolic Health, Immunology,
Oncology, Neuroscience, Value & Access, and Field Reimbursement is equipped, capable, and confident to deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and the business. LFI is in active transformation — shifting from a reactive training executor to a proactive capability partner. We are building AI-enabled learning and coaching tools, redesigning how we develop the field, and evolving our operating model so that the majority of our capacity is focused on strategy and design, not administration and delivery. The LFI Associate, Lilly Field Institute, Internal Trainer is responsible for delivering new learner training and development as part of the national Sales Training Program. This Associate is also responsible for partnering with brand team’s selling capability leads to pull through key learnings and brand updates into all levels of training; Foundational, Advanced, Immersive, and on-boarding program training materials. They are also expected to partner across LFI to consistently innovate to enhance new learner training, initiatives, and capabilities and across therapeutic areas through multiple cross-functional workstreams and projects. This role supports Cardiometabolic Health in delivering a minimum of 11 sales training classes per calendar year and reports directly to the CMH M3 leader within LFI.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$58,500 - $137,500
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
