We are seeking an experienced Associate Licensing Specialist to drive business development, acquire new customers, and manage key Fujitsu accounts. This role is responsible for growing and maintaining profitable revenue through the provision of Microsoft and other software vendor licensing solutions.

The Associate Licensing Specialist will sell related products and services across sectors and industries, extending vendor offerings while aligning them with Fujitsu's solutions.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Licensing Agreements
  • Promote licensing products and services to prospects and customers
  • Contribute as a key member of the Fujitsu Licensing Team, supporting business growth through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality relationship management and support to assigned customers.
  • Develop and present customer proposals that position Fujitsu solutions effectively.
  • Maintain relevant professional development, certifications, and product knowledge to provide informed advice on Fujitsu and vendor solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendor representatives, leveraging their resources to support sales objectives.
  • Maintain pipeline and opportunity tracking in Fujitsu's Salesforce tool and provide key vendors with pipeline visibility.
  • Manage and coordinate timely, accurate invoicing in partnership with the Fujitsu New Zealand Finance team.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Team Lead.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • 5+ years' experience in software licensing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs and products required
  • Knowledge of Cyber vendors & licencing preferred
  • Understanding of cloud consumption and billing models
  • Business development capability
  • Strong Excel skills and understanding of licensing options
  • Commitment to teamwork and delivering high-quality support services
  • Ability to build trusted, constructive peer relationships by understanding others' needs and fulfilling role responsibilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
