✨Join Us at The Centre for ADHD Research and Excellence: Shaping the Future of Accessible Healthcare✨

At CARE ADHD, we’re working to make neurodevelopmental healthcare more accessible, compassionate and easier to navigate for patients across the UK.

As our Adult service continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Associate Liaison Coordinator to support the smooth running of our post-assessment and clinician coordination processes.

This role sits at the centre of operational delivery, helping ensure outcome letters, clinician documentation and associate workflows are managed accurately, professionally and efficiently.

The role combines administration, coordination, communication and operational support within a fast-moving healthcare environment where attention to detail genuinely matters.

💫What we are looking for?

We’re looking for somebody with previous experience in healthcare administration, operational coordination, bookings, patient support or another detail-heavy administrative role within a fast-paced environment.

This role would suit somebody who:

  • is highly organised and process-oriented
  • enjoys structure and accuracy
  • communicates clearly and professionally
  • can manage multiple moving parts at once
  • and stays calm under pressure

A huge part of this role involves handling sensitive patient documentation and supporting post-assessment processes, so attention to detail, professionalism and consistency are incredibly important.

We’re looking for somebody who is proactive, reliable and operationally minded - somebody who takes ownership, spots issues early and helps keep processes moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Experience within healthcare, neurodevelopmental services or another regulated environment would be highly beneficial.

😎What You’ll Be Doing:

This role supports the day-to-day coordination of clinician documentation, post-assessment processes and associate operational support across the Adult service.

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sending Final Outcome Letters to patients accurately and within expected timeframes
  • Coordinating amendments or corrections to clinician documentation where required
  • Reviewing documentation for accuracy, formatting and missing information
  • Managing clinician availability and updating internal systems and trackers
  • Supporting associate onboarding and operational coordination processes
  • Updating operational systems, records and trackers accurately
  • Working closely with clinicians, Bookings, Customer Support and wider operational teams
  • Escalating operational risks, delays or documentation concerns appropriately
  • Supporting wider administrative and operational tasks across the department where needed
  • Helping maintain compliance, consistency and operational standards across workflows

This is a highly detail-focused role where organisation, accuracy and communication are all equally important.

🚀To thrive in this role you’ll need to:

  • Previous experience within healthcare administration, coordination, bookings, operations or another administrative support role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks, workflows and competing priorities at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work accurately and consistently within process-driven environments
  • Confidence handling sensitive or confidential information professionally
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to stay calm and organised during busy operational periods
  • Confidence using digital systems, trackers and operational platforms
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • A genuine understanding of the importance of accuracy, consistency and patient experience within healthcare operations

✨ Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience working within healthcare, mental health, neurodevelopmental services or another regulated environment
  • Have experience working with clinician documentation or healthcare records
  • Have experience within remote or fast-scaling operational environments

  • Transparency - being open and honest so that trust can grow.
  • Reflection - pausing to learn from experience and improve together.
  • Growth mindset - always welcoming feedback and challenges as opportunities to develop.
  • Accountability - taking ownership of our actions and outcomes, not to assign blame, but to learn, adapt, improve, and move forward.
  • Solution-seeking - focusing on constructive ways forward, even when things are tough.
  • Collaboration - sharing ideas, supporting one another, and celebrating collective success.
