Assigned as permanent hires to Capital Markets. Actively participates on specific client and deal teams. Initially, activities are focused on financial and statistical analysis, development of client presentation, and structuring and execution activities. As they develop their client relationship skills, start to assume business development or product advisory and specialist responsibilities. Within some businesses, may involve initial rotation through a number of product areas before permanent assignment. Generally, these are individuals who received MBAs in 2025, or are high performing analysts who have completed the analyst program and were promoted into this position at its conclusion.
