JOB PURPOSE Please note, this role is for a UAE national only
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•  Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents.•  Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice.•  Translate Arabic/English legal documents.•  Draft Court letters.•  Ensure POA’s are notarized and in line with legal compliance requests•  Assist senior team members with other workstreams as required such as contract reviews.•  Maintain current knowledge of relevant legal updates.•  Prepare targeted legal advice for relevant business end users.  QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:Min of 2+ years of related experience in legal services / corporate governance
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE•         Preferably with experience as a Company Secretary in a publicly listed company or equivalent experience in legal corporate governance.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS•         In depth knowledge of UAE legal systems•         Good documentation skills•         Time management •         Negotiating skills•         Excellent communication and relationship management skills
QUALIFICATION•         Law Degree•         Professional Company Secretarial qualification such as Associate Company Secretary (ACS) •         Please note, this role is for a UAE national only
