This role supports the delivery of the global onboarding program, enabling a seamless and scalable experience for new joiners. The position offers hands-on exposure to program coordination, stakeholder management, virtual session delivery, and learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Stakeholder Coordination
Support onboarding program schedules and session planning
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including ambassadors and executive assistants to ensure session readiness
Assist in managing logistics for global onboarding sessions
2. Operations & Data Management
Manage participant tracking, communications, and attendance records
Support reporting and maintain dashboards to track engagement and outcomes
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across program systems
3. Session Delivery & Technical Support
Support execution of live virtual sessions on MS Teams (event setup, recordings, coordination)
Provide producer support during live sessions
Assist in testing and execution of workflows within Power Platform tools
Track effectiveness of automated communications and support continuous improvement
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination ability
Comfort working with data (Excel, dashboards) and technology (powerapps, Azure)
Interest in learning operations, technology, and process improvement
Ability to take initiative and build ownership over time
