We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical capabilities across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) This role will involve requirement analysis, solution design, technical development, and ongoing support while working closely with HR and IT stakeholders.
8 to 10 years Experience
A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions with 5+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud.
