The Role
We are looking for in-house collaboration with an Associate Lawyer. The role involves conducting title searches for real estate properties in Attica and regional cities, as well as drafting and handling consensual pre-notations of mortgages.

You will join our Real Estate Department, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen and develop your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting title research and due diligence on real estate properties in Attica and regional cities
  • Court representations for consensual mortgage pre-notations and their cancellations
  • Daily visits to Land Registries / Cadastre Offices within the Attica region
  • Communicating with notaries, banks, and clients to ensure smooth and timely completion of procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records of searches, submissions, court dates, and completed procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) – LL.M. is a plus
  • Licensed Attorney-at-Law in Greece
  • 3 years of experience in Property Law cases (including, indicatively, title researches at Land Registries and Cadastral Offices, handling real estate sale and purchase cases, and resolving legal issues related to the Cadastre)
  • Experience in drafting legal due diligence reports and providing legal opinions on issues arising during the disposal of real estate assets
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with digital tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration skills
  • Driving license will be considered a plus
