Zepos & Yannopoulos is a leading full-service business law firm providing comprehensive legal and tax services to companies doing business in Greece.

We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated and hands-on Associate lawyer to join our dynamic Real Estate Practice Group

With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and a client-centered service approach our Real Estate practice is trusted by major domestic and international clients for its involvement in high-profile, complex, and cross-border real estate transactions.

We work for developers, occupiers and funders, investment banks, private equity funds, large corporates in retail, leisure and tourism, family offices and high net worth individuals with a focus on international players.

As a member of our Real Estate team you will advise on the full property lifecycle—covering acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, development, holding, leasing, and disposals—across transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. You will also closely collaborate with our designated real estate tax desk while at the same time cooperate with colleagues from numerous practice areas (Corporate, M&A, Energy, Banking and Finance, Tax etc).

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent) in a relevant field of law (e.g. civil law, environmental, town planning) will be considered an asset
• Qualified to work as an Attorney at law in Greece
• 1-3 years of working experience in the field of Real Estate
• Particular interest to work in real estate exclusively
• Experience and knowledge of town planning and forest law will be appreciated

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Friendly personality, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively not only within a team but with all hierarchical levels in the Organization
• Personality with high morale and integrity
