Remuneration Salary & Benefits

Main Duties:

• Advise clients on AML/CFT, sanctions and financial crime compliance obligations
• Draft and review compliance manuals, policies, procedures and client advice
• Support clients in FIAU/MFSA examinations, remediation exercises and regulatory engagement
• Monitor Maltese and EU developments on AML/CFT, sanctions, beneficial ownership and supervisory reporting
• Work with regulated entities, financial institutions, and corporate service providers

What skills do you need?

• Experience in AML/CFT, sanctions, regulatory compliance, financial services or dealings with the MFSA/FIAU is a plus
• Any compliance experience, postgraduate study or relevant certification will be considered an asset
• A genuine interest in AML, CFT, sanctions and financial crime compliance
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment
• Strong written and spoken English
• A collaborative, organised and proactive working style

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
