• Support corporate finance, project finance and asset finance matters.
• Draft and review financing agreements, security documentation and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist with refinancing and transactional projects.
• Provide legal support and advice to clients on finance-related matters.
• Liaise with financial institutions, clients and external advisers.
• Monitor Maltese and EU legal and regulatory developments affecting the financial sector.

Requirements

• Warranted Lawyer or legal professional with a strong interest in banking and finance law.
• Sound understanding of Corporate and Civil Law.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Commercial awareness with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment.
• Previous exposure to banking, finance, financial services or transactional work will be considered an asset.
