We are seeking Associate Laboratory Project Set-up Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories at Remote.

The Associate Laboratory Project Set-up Manager leads the design and launch of clinical research studies, ensuring high-quality study start-up deliverables while coordinating effectively with sponsors, CROs, and internal laboratory teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage laboratory database design requirements for protocols, amendments, and sponsor-driven changes
  • Define and maintain client-specific design standards in alignment with clinical protocols
  • Oversee study database configuration and serve as the primary set-up point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Management, Logistics, Clinical Trial Materials, Laboratory Testing, and Specimen Management during project planning
  • Maintain and update project documentation including action and issue logs, status reports, and timelines during start-up
  • Proactively manage scope changes, identify project risks, and implement contingency plans
  • Prepare and present study-specific materials at investigator and kick-off meetings and support audits as required

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field
  • Experience developing and managing clinical study database configurations and sponsor standards
  • Working knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:

  • Strong understanding of clinical research processes, medical terminology, and ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guidelines
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and management
