Associate Lab Computing Analyst

PerkinElmer is seeking a LabIT Analyst to support a key pharmaceutical customer with sites in USA and Ireland.
We offer hybrid working 3 days per week in the office, 9:00-17:00.
Responsibilities:
Administers the full lifecycle of user accounts – handles onboarding and offboarding by creating, modifying, or deactivating accounts across various systems
Role-based access control – assigns permissions according to predefined roles, ensuring users only see what they need for their job
Troubleshooting – resolves system access issues, also in cooperation with other LabIT colleagues and the customer if needed
Acts as the first point of contact, proper escalating issues to the senior staff and leadership team
Creating, managing, and maintaining accurate and organized procedures and documentation
Critical Skills:
Excellent customer service skills complimented by an ability to listen to and interpret client requests.
Ability to understand complex technology issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify, track and complete tasks for multiple projects under prescribed timeframes.
Team player with good communication skills
Prepared to work in regulated environment with structured procedures and focus on accuracy.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience.
Fluent English (C1)
1+ years of technical experience including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office, business administration systems or finance systems and any user access management tools.
Familiarity with various forms of documentation, such as technical guides, user manuals etc.
Interest in laboratory and LabIT environment
