This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in IT support within a large, mission-driven healthcare organization.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals across varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Foundational technical troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of desktop support services, hardware, and end-user technology support.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a positive support experience.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedules as needed to support projects, deployments, and business operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One (1) or more years of experience as an IT Desktop Analyst or in a related desktop support role.
  • Current CompTIA A+ certification.

Hours/Location:

  • M-F; core business hours
  • This position will be assigned a shift between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and may occasionally require evening or weekend work to support projects and operational needs. Participation in an on-call support rotation is required.
  • This position is based full-time at our Bloomington Corporate Office and requires onsite work five days per week to support operational needs, team collaboration, and business objectives. Occasional travel to other HealthPartners locations may be required based on business needs.
  • This position includes participation in a rotating on-call support schedule to provide after-hours technical support and respond to critical operational and system issues. The on-call commitment generally consists of a one-week rotation occurring approximately every 2-3 months.

Compensation Range:

  • $24.04 - $36.06 hourly
  • Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.).
