What awaits you:

• Perform administrative functions for our critical IT Design applications such as Polarion (ALM), including installation, configuration, documentation, testing / validation, maintenance and upgrades
• Act as 2nd level support working within our global Incident Management system (ServiceNow) for User support
• Interface with Business to ensure functionality requirements are documented and understood
• Ensure availability / uptime and performance of applications are deemed acceptable
• Maintain and implement security measures as required (patching, access control, change control, etc…)
• Provide off-hours support as required
• Minimal Travel requested as necessary

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of Programming languages (Python, Java, Perl, C++, XML)
• CI/CD Software Dev Tools (GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, JIRA)
• Code Repositories (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket)
• Cloud Environment (MSFT Azure preferred – DevOps, Data Factory, Machine Learning, High Performance Computing)
• Microsoft Power Platform (Apps / Automate / BI / VA)
• Model Based Systems Engineering V-model concepts
• Kubernetes / Containers
• Linux / Unix OS (Red Hat preferred)
• Agile / SDLC Software Development Methodology
