Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: ▪ Implementation of Access Points at Base Stations. ▪ Monitoring the base station routers, switches & Access Points. ▪ Basic knowledge office 365. ▪ Laptop or Desktop setup & configuration necessary software & troubleshoot ▪ Operation and Maintenance of Preparing daily reports and all backbone uptimes and usages then submitting to concerns, monitoring of alarms & escalation. ▪ Preparing the outage reports for the links and scheduling the call with service providers and planning corrective action for the incidents. ▪ Provide good support to users. ▪ Taking the backup for the devices like switches & routers and saving them on centralized backup. ▪ Strong skills in troubleshooting. ▪ Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, availability. ▪ Ownership and accountability, independent decision making, Problem solving and conflict resolution, attention to details ▪ Managing, oversee, developing and executing strategies to enhance the organization's IT infrastructure • IT Asset management & Audit Support ▪ IT Network security frequently changing server & Wi-Fi device password maintaining user data in share point. ▪ Monitoring all the CCTV cameras. 
Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience. 
Qualification: Graduate or B.tech
