An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level IPO Associate of this highly sought-after and prestigious US law firm. The firm is actively seeking associates with strong capital markets experience to join either its US or Hong Kong Capital Markets team in Hong Kong.
They are also open to considering candidates currently based in the U.S. with U.S. IPO experience, who are interested in relocating to the Greater China region. The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong/US -qualified Associate with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, and a solid track record in HK IPOs and/or U.S. IPOs, preferably gained at an international law firm.
