We are seeking a high-potential candidate to join the Global Operations & Technology (GO&T) Finance team, supporting inventory finance and analytics across a global manufacturing network.
This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to improve inventory visibility, forecast accuracy and mix-related decision making across the global manufacturing network. You will work on identifying trends, flagging risks, and supporting proactive actions that drive better financial and operational outcomes.
This role will also provide exposure to inventory accounting and operational finance, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to collaborate on strategies and processes,
Key Responsibilities
Analyze inventory mix, movements, and trends to identify risks and opportunities
Support forecasting and planning processes by providing insights into inventory levels, demand signals, and supply dynamics
Proactively flag mix imbalances, slow-moving inventory, and potential excess & obsolescence (E&O) risks
Perform variance analysis between actuals, forecast, and plan to explain key drivers
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to translate operational metrics (yield, volume, scrap, cycle time) into financial insights
Support monthly close and reporting, ensuring accuracy of inventory-related financials
Assist in improving data models, automation, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, data platforms)
Contribute to process improvements that enhance visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of:
Financial accounting principles (GAAP)
Cost accounting or manufacturing finance (preferred but not required)
Proficiency in Excel; exposure to tools like SAP, Anaplan, or Power BI is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Development Opportunity
This role is designed as an entry point into Operations Finance, providing:
Structured exposure to inventory accounting, analytics, costing and controls
Opportunities to rotate across different areas of GO&T Finance such as standard costing and manufacturing operations
Mentorship from experienced finance leaders and analysts
