Team/Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled EDI Support Engineer to join our Technology Operations platform. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across different middleware technologies, have a solution-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will play a key role in driving customer issue resolution, root cause analysis, improving customer experience, and mentoring team members, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring of Integration Platforms and data exchanges
Address delivery failures; incident management
Interact with customers, partners and business to resolve failures, issues
Drive problem management for long or repetitive incidents
Monitor and address platform performance issues
L2/L3 investigations reported by L1 or vendors
Assess deployment requests; quality review, completeness, according to guidelines/governance for partner info, naming conventions, evidence of test, etc.
Execute deployments and partner activations, including change validations.
Analyze/manage system statistics incl. trend analysis such as execution and failures, deployment, and on-boarding requests
Manage certificate renewals
Define requirements and test of self-service automation procedures
Collaborate with business, vendors, development/project teams, mapping teams, EDI architects, Tech Operations
Communicate operational events and plans
Required Skills:
Knowledge of EDI standards EDIFACT / ANSI X12
Knowledge of communication protocols AS2, FTPS, and SFTP, Web Service, API etc.
Knowledge on Seeburger BIS and/or Oracle is desirable.
2 to 5 years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business units
Knowledgeable on report creation via MS Excel or PowerBI
Business and Technical experience
24x7 support coverage (on-call during weekends)
Experience in Automation/ AI tools
