Drake Cooper is looking for an Associate Integrated Producer to assist our Production, Post Production, and Business Affairs teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves the creative process, thrives under deadlines, is looking for career growth opportunities, and recognizes that “quick tweak” is rarely actually quick.
Do you color-code your calendars for fun? Do you secretly enjoy production schedules, edit reviews, and keep creative chaos from becoming actual chaos? Are you someone who can talk about frame rates and contracts in the same conversation? Cool. We should talk.
If you love advertising, storytelling, production workflows, and making the impossible somehow happen by Friday at 4 PM, we’d love to hear from you.
This job is located at our agency headquarters in Boise, Idaho.

Drake Cooper is an advertising agency that builds brands for the ambitious. We work with clients around the country and have developed a reputation for having one of the most collaborative work styles in the industry. We specialize in working with mid-sized brands and have tailored our services to be of maximum value to organizations of that size, as opposed to huge corporations or small businesses.
Drake Cooper was founded in 1978, and we are very proud to be one of the few independent, employee-owned agencies in the United States. We work hard for our clients and have an average Net Promoter Score of 85, which is likely why our clients stay with us four times longer than the average client-agency relationship tenure.
