Job Description

This role will support the social and digital creative strategy acrossorganic andpaid social campaigns – including but not limited to LTO promotions, Offers, Influencers, Merch, and Brand Partnerships for the brand.

This position supports the IMC/Social Team, as well as the Social Creative Agency and Influencer Agency, to ensure all assets are delivered on strategy and on time. This position willbe responsible formanaging the paid creative strategy as well as the paid influencer strategies. This roleis responsible forall paid social creative review processes cross-functionally. This role willbe responsible fordeveloping briefs for the social, creative, and influencer agencies on upcoming brand activations to ensurethey’rekeeping up with trends, business goals, and creative expectations. This role willbe responsible forall details of any necessary social production shoots for paid social campaigns. In addition, this role will be expected to develop social content as needed to support the paid social strategy. This role requires strong project management skills to ensure that the team will hit alldeadlinesandcreativeis reviewed by all necessary parties. This person will work closely with many other team members across the Marketing Department to ensure socialcreativeis aligning with other department expectations. This position will play a key role in delivering strategic solutions to drive brand relevance online withBWW’scoretargets.,This person is expected to make strategic key decisions to ensure projects stay on time and deliver results for the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social & Digital Content Management Manage the creative development and evolution of all paid social assets to support the promotional calendar for all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter. Manage Creative review process of all paid social assets cross-functionally, as needed 

  • Manage social activations with brand partnershipsResponsible for developing collaborative social executions that supportBWW’ssocial/business goals.

  • Responsible for keeping up with platform creative optimizations to continue evolving paid social creative 

  • Develop briefs as needed for Social, Creative, and Influencer agencies for brand activations 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year degree

  • 1-3+ years marketing experience specifically in social creative  

Preferred :Experience with Hootsuite, Meltwater, Sprinklr or similar social media management tools. Understanding of Social media metrics and ability to analyze performance 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

  • Fluent in top social platform capabilities – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat 

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Team player; collaborative, trustworthy –  

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 

  • Strong creative skills that allow for reviewing creative and providing insightful feedback to the creative team 

  • Ability to set goals,determinepriorities, plan, organize, and follow through on assigned responsibilities 

  • Excellent project management skills 

  • Ability to make recommendations and decisionsin a timely manner

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Time management skills.
