To help in creating quality e-learning content by adopting instructional design models and theories to suit the requirement, under the guidance of my seniors.

You will be responsible for

Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
• Design and write high quality learning content and activities to support digital learning.
• Work with the leads and seniors to understand the requirement.
• Develop simple courses using eLearning authoring tools.
• Complete tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's.
• Actively participate in team initiatives and projects.
• Cooperate and effectively communicate with the team members to achieve team goals and objectives.


You will need

• Experience of instructional design models and theories
Any degree, preferably UG/PG in English or Mass
• Understanding of color and design concepts
communication. Instructional design degree will be an added
• MS Word, PPT
advantage.
• eLearning authoring tools - Storyline, Captivate, Elucidat
• Good written skills
