This role is to support the UK Insolvency Delivery team dedicated to delivering corporate insolvency engagements, with a focus on statutory and reporting aspects of insolvency case work. As an analyst you will be exposed to a large number of cases and will be responsible for processing high volumes of paperwork, in particular at the start and end of the insolvency engagement, together with completion of selected tasks over the course of the engagement, in order to deliver the statutory and technical aspects of the insolvency process.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Insolvency Delivery team (case administrators, managers, and engagement leaders) on corporate insolvency engagements
  • Prepare statutory appointment documents, filings, advertising, and notifications for creditors, HMRC, and other stakeholders (for review)
  • Draft standard correspondence (emails and letters), including director communications (questionnaires and statements of affairs)
  • Set up IPS and creditor portals, arrange mail redirection, and maintain case administration processes
  • Assist with statutory reports to creditors and prepare case documentation throughout the lifecycle (including debtor letters and closure documents)
  • Prepare VAT reclaims and VAT deregistration requests (for review)
  • Ensure all statutory deadlines, compliance requirements, and internal processes are met
  • Maintain accurate case records, including document management, IPS diary updates, checklists, and ad hoc administrative support

Requirements

Education and Experience Required:

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident manner across phone and video communication
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and conscientious approach, consistently delivering high-quality work
