Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an ambitious professional with:

• 1-3 years of experience in audit, accounting, assurance, or a related financial role.
• Good understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Interest in M&A, corporate finance, transactions, and financial analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excel skills and willingness to learn advanced financial analysis techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Preferred Background

• Experience in a Big 4 audit practice is preferred but not mandatory.
• ACCA studies or other professional qualifications would be considered an advantage.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in building a long-term career in transaction advisory and M&A.

Your future role

The Associate will support managers and directors in executing M&A advisory engagements, including:

Financial Due Diligence

• Analyze historical financial performance.
• Assess quality of earnings, net debt, and working capital.
• Review accounting policies and financial reporting practices.
• Prepare financial analyses and deal-related insights.
• Identify transaction risks and value drivers.

Business valuations

• Assist experienced appraisers in performing business valuations

Business Development Support

• Assist with proposal preparation.
• Support preparation of credentials and marketing materials.
• Conduct industry and company research.
