Associate in IT (Internal Firm Services)

A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

As an Associate in IT within our Internal Firm Services, you will be responsible for supporting the technological infrastructure that underpins our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our IT systems are robust, secure, and efficient. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems.
Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
participation in global teams to support colleagues from the CEE region

Key Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
