& Summary

Meet your future team

You will join PwC Luxembourg’s Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team, working closely with audit teams and colleagues across other Lines of Service. The team collaborates daily with clients, underwriters, lawyers and internal specialists on complex capital markets and accounting matters.

What your role will look like

As an Associate, you contribute to high‑impact capital markets and accounting advisory engagements that support clients through critical corporate actions. Your work matters because it helps ensure accuracy, transparency and confidence at key moments such as IPOs and capital raisings.

  • Contribute to engagements supporting IPOs, bond issuances and equity offerings by delivering high‑quality accounting and financial analysis.

  • Support audit teams on listed clients or clients preparing for fund‑raising by reviewing financial statements, offering documents and related deliverables.

  • Apply accounting knowledge to advise on transaction‑driven accounting questions under relevant standards.

  • Work directly with clients and external advisors to help deliver pragmatic, deal‑oriented solutions.

  • Collaborate across PwC Lines of Service to bring together the right expertise for each engagement.

  • Contribute to the preparation of thought leadership publications and technical materials.

Your growth and opportunities

You will gain early exposure to capital markets transactions and complex accounting topics while working alongside experienced professionals. Over time, you will broaden your responsibilities, deepen your technical expertise, and build confidence in client‑facing situations.

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles; exposure to IFRS is an asset.

  • Professional certification (CPA, CA or equivalent) is preferred.

  • English: fluent (CEFR level to be confirmed).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ways of working

  • You analyse information with structure, solve routine problems methodically, and begin to interpret data to draw sound conclusions.

  • You collaborate actively with others, contribute reliably to team outcomes, and build trust through open and respectful communication.

  • You approach new topics with curiosity and are motivated to continuously learn, improve, and apply feedback in your work.

  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.

Additional skills that would support your success

The skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role. If your experience aligns with them, even if your path looks different, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us.

Take your next step

Join a team where your ideas, curiosity and commitment make a real difference for clients at decisive moments. Bring your perspective, grow your expertise, and contribute to shaping trusted outcomes in capital markets and accounting advisory. Grow here. Go further.
