About the Role

Total Wine & Moreis seeking an AssociateII,Market Management to join our Market Management team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will be involved with wine and beer buying and replenishment for stores in the Total Wine & More chain. You will manage vendor relations and issues for their region(s) and helpestablishanddetermineprocess improvements.Our Market Management team is a unique mix of supply chain and buying; the team has an impact on the products we sell.You will report to theDirector,Market Management

You will

• Serve as primary contact for multiple wine & spirit wholesalers in assigned market

• Manage collection and maintenance of wholesalers’ cost data

• Create Replenishment Orders and PO placement

• Perform cost and deal analysis

• Resolve Vendor Service Issues and coordinate with vendors

• Respond to inquiriesregardingsupplier product availability and costs

• Manage store in stock rates and inventory levels

• Reconcile invoices and POs

• Prepare content for recurring meetings with wholesaler partners

• Identifyopportunities to drive sales through promotional activity related to in store displays, retail reductions or advertising and working inter-departmentally to achieve results

You will come with

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in Business Administration, Accounting, SupplyChainor related field

• 2+ years of experience in Buying or Supply Chain

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic Accounting skills and interest in performing accounting tasks

• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel (can use complex functions, pivot tables, V-lookup functions, etc.
