In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success.

Employer Branding Role:


An Employer Branding professional at PwC plays a key role in shaping and strengthening the firm’s reputation as an employer of choice. The role focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining talent by bringing PwC’s People Value Proposition (PVP) to life through compelling storytelling, targeted campaigns, and meaningful experiences.


Working closely with Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing Communication, the role ensures a consistent and authentic employer brand across touchpoints, supporting both experienced‑hire and early‑careers hiring priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content & Digital Channels

Develop, curate, and manage employer branding content across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and careers websites. Maintain a structured social media and content calendar to ensure consistency and relevance.
2. Recruitment Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and deliver employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns to support priority hiring needs, spanning early‑careers and experienced‑hire talent segments.
3. Brand Strategy, Events & Experiences
Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies that enhance PwC’s market positioning. Coordinate and deliver internal and external career events, campus engagements, and employer branding partnerships or sponsorships.
4. Employee Advocacy & Engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to encourage employee advocacy, amplifying authentic PwC people stories and experiences across channels including support people engagement initiatives including but not limited to Work-life initiatives and several engagement events.
5. Insights, Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse employer branding performance, including campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and return on investment, to inform continuous improvement.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, Marketing Communication, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with PwC’s broader people and brand strategy.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into engaging, audience‑relevant content.

  • Creative, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience using social media management tools, content creation platforms, and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, or Canva.
