Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedAssociate Recruiter to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities across multiple business functions. The Associate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage recruitment operations, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for identifying top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and networking channels.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify passive talent.
- Ensure continuous pipeline development for critical and niche positions.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills, experience, compensation, notice period, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed candidate summaries.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Schedule intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market intelligence.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback collection.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination
- Manage interview logistics, including scheduling virtual and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate assessments, panel interviews, and follow-up discussions.
- Ensure a seamless interview experience for candidates and interviewers.
Offer Management & Onboarding Support
- Support offer creation, compensation discussions, and offer rollout.
- Facilitate communication between candidates, HR, and hiring managers.
- Track pre-employment processes, including background verification and onboarding readiness.
- Ensure timely closure of hiring requirements and candidate onboarding.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain data accuracy in recruitment systems and reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and hiring events.
- Adhere to company recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and hiring processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar ATS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Technology, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or Corporate Functions.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
