Job Description

The Associate I – Customer Service provides customer service, sales order, and inventory management support to the sales force, hospitals, clinics, and physicians. Under general supervision, this position ensures customer orders and inventory-related requests for products and services are handled accurately, efficiently, and promptly, including requests involving special circumstances. Key Responsibilities Provide sales order and/or inventory management support to the sales force. Support hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other customers with product and service requests. Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly. Provide inventory support and assist with product availability requirements. Handle orders and customer requests involving special circumstances. Maintain accurate information and documentation related to customer orders and inventory. Follow established company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, inventory, or customer-related issues. Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent specialized training/related experience required. Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Experience in the biotechnology, bio-instruments, medical device, or other regulated industry preferred. Experience Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience or experience in a closely related environment. Previous experience supporting customers, sales teams, order processing, or inventory activities preferred. Experience in the biotech, bio-instruments, or medical device industry is highly desirable. Required Skills Strong customer service and communication skills. Demonstrated competence in English spelling, grammar, and punctuation . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to process customer requests accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of applicable practices and procedures. Ability to learn and follow company products, policies, programs, and procedures. Ability to work effectively with sales representatives, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and internal teams. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications: Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field + customer service/order management experience within the medical device, biotechnology, or bio-instruments industry. *Willing to work 100% On-Site in Arecib
