Job Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely HR Operations (HRO) processes across Recruitment & Selection, Separation & Offboarding, and HR Administration. 
• Maintain employee personal files with a high level of accuracy, confidientiality, and compliance with standards. 
• Support HR initiatives and ensure smooth executive of daily operational tasks. 
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and save time. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality HR service delivery.
• Uphold company policies and maintain professional HR documentation and records.

Person Specifications

• Has a minimum of 6 months in HRM.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 
• Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPM, PQHRM) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. 
• A team player with a positive and optimisitc attitude. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsft Office applications.
