Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support employee insured benefit renewals and recommendations with local broker, ensuring information are accurate and timely
  • Maintain information as needed for all or some of the following programs: retirement plan, saving programs, pension programs, group life insurance, sick leave, long-term disability, health insurance programs, vacation, holidays, paid/unpaid leaves of absence, wellness programs
  • Support COE partners with implementation of global benefits administration technology
  • Assist COE partners with other relevant ongoing initiatives
  • Review and update employee communications where necessary
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of all Total Reward Operation material on our internal
  • HR Portal
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by researching and ensuring timely responses to employee escalations, to ensure we meet agreed upon SLA
  • Assist with policy creation where needed
  • Provide interactive support with Payroll and Finance to ensure proper payment, funding and taxation of employee programs
  • Help identify process improvement and best practice opportunities to current business / work processes
  • Supports special projects as needed.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Relevant Human Resources, benefits, compensation, payroll or finance experience and degree would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Workday, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, work on several projects simultaneously and work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and recognize when escalation is necessary
  • Ability to work with highly confidential data and always maintain confidentiality
  • Medtronic work experience – Knowledge of company products, company functions, and policies and procedures
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Previous experience in a customer service or high customer interaction
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Czechia: 580,000.00 CZK - 870,000.00 CZK | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
