As an Associate, HR Operations, you’ll be responsible for:

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions and resolving concerns.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.
• Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum college or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fresh Graduates are preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service skills and call center experience
• Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required.
• Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid Setup
• Equipment will be provided for this assignment (Laptop and Headset).
• Core work hours: 8:00-5:00 local US Time Monday through Friday
• season, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may
• include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.
• Office environment – ability to sit for long periods of time is necessary.
