  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end Direct/blue-collar recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding documentation.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of direct/blue-collar hiring needs.

Onboarding

  • Manage and facilitate employee induction and onboarding programs, ensuring new hires receive a positive and compliant onboarding experience.

  • Support workforce planning activities by maintaining hiring trackers and providing recruitment status updates to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, GR, and Operations, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

HR Business Support

  • Assist HR Business Partners in the execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.

  • Coordinate engagement events and activities to enhance employee experience and support retention objectives.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, reporting, and employee experience

HR Analytics

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and reports, providing insights on headcount, recruitment, turnover, onboarding, diversity, and other key HR metrics.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR analytics to support business decision-making and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
