Devsinc is hiring a results-driven Associate Growth Executive to support Business Development in Staff Augmentation and Lead Generation, with at least 1 year of experience in IT staffing and outbound sales.
The role involves LinkedIn outreach, email-based lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, lead nurturing, and pipeline management to expand company's presence in global markets. You will collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to convert qualified leads into long-term staffing partnerships and meet monthly targets.
