GrabRentals is a core pillar of Grab's Mobility business, with the primary objective of securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply to ensure liquidity for Grab's ride-hailing and delivery marketplace. We house business units focused on scaling and optimizing supply channels across diverse vehicle and partner segments to meet dynamic consumer demand.

Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a tactical engine driving our day-to-day business. You will take ownership of driving ongoing autonomous growth workstreams and executing projects & programs. You will dive into a dynamic mix of growth project & program management, data analysis, and on-ground operational execution, bridging the gap between our strategic blueprints and daily operational reality. You will be reporting to the Manager, Growth and Strategy (Autonomous Vehicles).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Vision: Work closely with the Autonomous leadership team, and other cross-functional senior leaders, to develop and iterate on our overall AV strategy.
• Growth and Go-to-Market: Assist in the overarching growth and go-to-market strategy for the autonomous vehicles services in Singapore. Act as the central PMO, orchestrating cross-functional efforts with internal Marketing, PR, and Product teams to align messaging and launch timelines.
• Program and Project Management: Drive the end-to-end execution of autonomous vehicle programs and projects in Singapore, working closely with internal and external cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, operations, partners and regulators).
• Reporting and Governance: Track key metrics, maintain business performance reporting and perform analysis of operational data to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Strategic Projects, Program & Project Management or Tech Operations (especially within tech companies or mobility).
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of driving cross-functional workstreams and executing on-ground programs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support.
• Willingness to pick up SQL and build your own AI toolkit.
