This is a fully onsite role based in our vaccine laboratory at 2244 Dabney Road in Richmond, VA. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate.
This is a Monday to Friday second shift position, the hours are 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. EST.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Discover Impactful Work:
Provides line-level management coordination of resources and work schedules for laboratory activities. Oversees daily operations and assists in preparation and implementation of company policies, quality systems and training programs. Ensures that projects are completed in a timely manner so that company revenues are met and clients are satisfied with the quality and turnaround time of work being performed. Ensures that laboratory staff continues to be developed to keep pace with department goals and growth.

Keys to Success:
BS Degree + 6 years of experience (must include 1 year of leadership experience)
OR MS+ 4 years of experience (must include 1 year of leadership experience)
OR PhD + 2 years of experience (must include 1 year of leadership experience)
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
