ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Status: Full-time/100% on-site
Compensation: $75,000/annually
The Associate Apparel Graphic Designer will primarily be assisting the Senior Graphic Designer in concepting and designing original, production-ready graphics for Kith’s store exclusive graphics program. The position will also be responsible for assisting with the creation of tech-packs, as well as the launch/communication/updates of styles with both internal teams and factories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
Work alongside and report to Senior Graphic Designer and Head of Graphic Design across multiple graphic apparel projects in a fast paced environment.
Collaborate with and assist Senior Graphic Designer in concept research and creation of original graphics for
Kith’s In-Store-Only graphics programs (Regional store exclusive graphics, In-Store-Only graphics and Inline Graphics)
Assist on the product development of graphic styles (creation of tech-packs and factory communication for product launch and updates)
Assist in being a liaison across the Product Development team and Production team in regards to style launches and updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Equipped with 2-3 year(s) experience.
Collaborative team player and self-starter.
Illustration skills are a strong plus.
Detail oriented designer.
PLM experience and understanding of basic production of graphic apparel.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization skills and meet deadlines.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Sheets/Excel, and PLM systems.
Fashion and graphic apparel design background a plus
