What You Will Do
- Advise clients on financing structures and strategies within the transportation sector.
- Draft and negotiate financial agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities in transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed counsel to clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–6 years of experience in finance law, preferably with a focus on transportation or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and transaction structures.
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
Preferred
- Experience working with venture-backed firms or in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting the transportation finance sector.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $225K to $310K, complemented by a competitive benefits package that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.
