Base Pay Range: $90,956 - $128,324

In this position you will help support the market success of products in the Networking and Condition Monitoring business unit with new and existing global customers. You’ll support the entire product life cycle by building out the product offering and bringing new solutions to the market. This role requires a strong sense of ownership to take on broad responsibilities with our existing products, as well as new products as we continue to grow.

This position reports to VP of Networking and Condition Monitoring

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working individually and collaboratively, staying on top of tasks and making a meaningful impact across teams and projects. Below are some key responsibilities of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in close collaboration with personnel from product management, engineering, field sales, marketing, distributors, business development, and end customers
  • Organizing a wide variety of product lines and developing materials to better market and promote these offerings to sales personnel and customers
  • Supporting the development of product definitions and collaborating with engineering to drive new product development
  • Performing competitive and market analysis to support product development and customer opportunities
  • Supporting new product launches through collaboration with marketing, BDMs, and sales to ensure key launch milestones and objectives, target customer activity, sales tools, collateral deployment, product availability, market positioning, and applicable conversion programs are implemented successfully
  • Assisting the global sales teams in assessing top market opportunities to drive successful sales strategies
  • Leading and participating in special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field experience.
  • Experience in sales, product-specific marketing, business development, or application engineering experience in factory or logistics automation segments
  • Experience and good rapport in working with sales and marketing teams, as well as external sales partners
  • Ability to support multiple projects at the same time with a high energy work ethic
  • Action-oriented, with the ability to drive for results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to create PowerPoint presentations and marketing sales tools and then present these training materials to a sales audience
  • Availability for domestic travel on occasion with the potential for international travel

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Banner products
  • Factory or logistics automation industry experience

  • Exposure to moderate noise, moving mechanical parts, and temperature changes in production areas.
  • PPE may be required in specific areas (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection)
  • Standard hours Monday through Friday; occasional overtime or travel may be required
  • Position is normally in office with occasional travel to visit customers, distributors, or attend industry trade shows.
