We have an opening in the HR function where this position will support the HR Manager and Business Partners in Enterprise Engineering at Eaton India Innovation Center and will be directly reporting to the HR Manager. The responsibilities also include supporting on the HR partnering role along operational excellence for the group. The person in this position will also be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in the deployment of human resources policies and procedures, matrices and their dissemination through employee communications, and/or meetings.
Full time MBA in Human Resources from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of experience in Human resource management (generalist or specialist) in a multinational / matrix organization setup. Experience with Engineering & R & D centres will be an advantage
Technical Knowledge : Proficient in microsoft office tools (eg Excel, Power BI, Word, Powerpoint)
Soft skills :
Ability to understand, interpret and easily communicate and align policies and practices
Able to work with sensitive and confidential materials.
