Key Accountabilities

Program Governance & Safety Compliance: Ensure all program activities meet explosive, fire safety, and statutory compliance norms, including training teams in safety protocols.

Quality Compliance: Embed quality plans into program schedules and lead corrective actions for deviations.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead coordination among production, QC, engineering, supply chain, and EH&S to achieve program milestones.

Schedule, Cost & Scope Management: Maintain baseline schedules, monitor progress, resolve delays, and ensure cost discipline.

Risk Management: Maintain program risk registers, implement mitigation plans, and drive escalation closures.

Continuous Improvement: Identify efficiency enhancements across manufacturing processes, supporting lean initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication: Lead monthly program reviews, customer interactions, and management reporting.

Equipment & Process Readiness: Ensure maintenance, machine health checks, and readiness for safe explosive operations prior to program execution.
