Uniphore is seeking an accomplished Associate General Counsel – Commercial to lead and scale its global commercial legal function. As a core member of the legal team, this high-impact role sits at the intersection of legal, sales, and strategy, supporting Uniphore’s go-to-market initiatives and accelerating enterprise growth. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, negotiate Uniphore’s most strategic and complex customer agreements, and drive the evolution of legal processes to support a rapidly expanding business.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize contract management systems, implement AI-driven legal workflows, and develop scalable frameworks that enable efficient, customer-focused deal execution. The Associate General Counsel will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, revenue operations, product, engineering, and customer success—to drive revenue while managing legal and operational risk. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating a wide range of high-value commercial agreements, advising on data privacy, IP, and regulatory matters, and mentoring legal team members to foster a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate brings over a decade of commercial legal experience, with deep expertise in SaaS and technology transactions, a pragmatic business mindset, and a proven ability to deliver actionable guidance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
