About the Role:

The role involves supporting end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations by assisting in requirement analysis, solution design, and system configuration. The candidate will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Assist in analysing business requirements and providing functional Odoo solutions.
• Work on multiple projects with varying scopes under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Support configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional support to existing clients post-implementation.
• Work under deadlines while maintaining delivery quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field. Basic understanding of ERP systems; exposure to Odoo is an added advantage.
• Ability to analyse business processes and document functional requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Willingness to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
