You will be responsible for

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately planning colleague workflows across all Tesco Fulfilment Centres in the UK. Your
efforts will ensure these centres operate efficiently, re-stock, pick and deliver online orders on time. As a Fulfilment Planning Associate,
you will play a key role in optimizing complex processes, driving cost efficiencies, and minimizing waste through resilience and
responsiveness.
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities: 
- Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Fulfilment centres processes
- Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques. 
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's for self and sub ordinates 
- Develop, monitor and adjust planning paramaeters to improve planning systems
- Maintain all types of trackers/dashboards used within the Fulfilment centres to ensure colleagues are at the right hour at the right place
all the time through effective forecasting and solutions 
- Work closely with Fulfilment Centre operations teams, site managers, and head office teams to align flow planning requirements,
optimize processes, and ensure smooth flow of day-to-day operations in fulfilment centres.
- Safeguard company assets and maintain trust with stakeholders by implementing strong internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify process gaps and develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and improve overall effectiveness.
